Fast forward to 2021, and Patruni redefined themselves as a pomosexual person and embraced a non-binary gender identity. This period marked a significant milestone as Patruni, alongside their partner Rajeswari Devi, celebrated their love through Hindu rituals in a heartwarming wedding ceremony on August 18, 2021.

The year 2022 brought newfound visibility for Patruni and Rajeswari when Humans of Bombay featured their inspiring story, capturing the hearts of millions across social media platforms. Patruni's profound words, "My wife encourages me to be myself!", echoed a message of love, acceptance, and mutual support that resonated deeply with audiences worldwide.
